Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using EFL CA$H, participating in tournaments, handling results, and maintaining a safe and trustworthy competitive environment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using EFL CA$H, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, the Fair Play Rules, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use only your own account. One person must not impersonate another player or attempt to access another account.
3. Tournament Participation
Players are responsible for joining tournaments they are eligible to enter, completing check-in when required, communicating with opponents, and completing assigned matches within the applicable deadlines.
4. Results, Evidence and Disputes
Match results must be submitted honestly and supported by genuine evidence when requested. Conflicting submissions may be reviewed by EFL CA$H administrators. Administrative decisions concerning disputes, walkovers, penalties, refunds, and payouts are final unless EFL CA$H provides an appeal process.
5. Payments and Prizes
Where a tournament has an entry fee, players authorize the applicable payment flow before joining. Prize distribution follows the tournament's displayed rules and EFL CA$H's system-defined distribution. Refunds and payout decisions may be subject to verification, cancellations, disputes, or other platform controls.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, cheating, match fixing, result manipulation, or deliberate exploitation of platform bugs.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, or abusive communication.
- Submitting fake screenshots or deliberately false match information.
- Using automated tools or unauthorized methods to interfere with EFL CA$H.
- Attempting to bypass bans, payment controls, security controls, or tournament restrictions.
7. Enforcement
EFL CA$H may warn, restrict, suspend, remove from tournaments, cancel participation, reverse fraudulent benefits, or ban accounts where there is evidence of rule violations or abuse. Serious cases may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required.
8. Platform Availability
EFL CA$H is provided on an ongoing basis, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, payment-provider issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes
EFL CA$H may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
